The Winner's Table presented by CAVA

Mundial Partners produced The Winner's Table, an intimate dinner for CAVA built on the Mundial owned Flavors of the Game® brand property. Held at HERO in Rockefeller Center as the World Cup took over New York, it was the second stop in CAVA's Mediterranean Summer Supper Series, a summer long celebration of food, hospitality, and community bookable through Airbnb Experiences.

The evening opened with a cocktail reception grounded in CAVA's house made juices poured on arrival alongside a spread of dips, spreads, and warm pita that set the tone for what followed. Guests then moved to long tables for a plated dinner built around a live culinary demonstration. Chef Jonny Marsh cooked in front of the room, walking through each course as it came together and sharing the thinking behind the menu, the ingredients, and the way he cooks for professional athletes day to day. Quinn and Cavan Sullivan stayed in the conversation throughout, trading stories on training, recovery, and what it takes to perform at the highest level, all of it unfolding over the meal rather than as a break from it.

As each dish was finished on stage by Chef Jonny Marsh, Quinn, and Cavan, the plate landed in front of each guest at the table – timed to perfection. The night closed the way it began, with everyone still at the table, over a final Mediterranean dessert course and one last round of conversation.

The Winner's Table showed what Flavors of the Game® makes possible, an owned platform that lets a brand like CAVA step directly into the cultural center of the sport. It turned one of the season's biggest moments into something guests could taste and share, a Mediterranean table that doubled as a content engine and produced a high volume of premium photo and video that carried the story well beyond the room.
